Rebecca Shea is a writer whose work spans speculative fiction and children’s literature, often centered on memory, resilience, and how meaning survives extreme or unfamiliar worlds.

Her completed speculative fiction cycle, The Witness Chronicles, explores cosmic observation, humanity, and survival at the edge of extinction.

She is also writing a children’s book inspired by Antarctica and themes of belonging, generosity, and found family.

Her work is informed by firsthand experience in Antarctica and a long-standing fascination with how people and creatures endure isolation, cold, and silence.
